Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • During high-volume periods (such as launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
